PC Pros: Mods, better graphics if you can handle it.

PC Cons: Random story bugs like Madara and Gin and Kin boss fights having crash issues, Slowdowns and Lags for most people (Bad port, most people don't have the PCs for it)

PS3 / Xbox: If you can start the game, it's playable (and has less bugs).

PS3 version!
Has the least of the lag unless your computer can handle the PC version, which is strangely optimized. You will need something close to a HD 7790/GTX650 to play it smoothly maxed out at 1080p.

Also from my experience the online is bit better on console, the playerbase alone is bigger.

Although I play PC way more, I'd say PS3 version.
