How to fix slow motion on HD.

1. Go to your desktop
2. Right Click in any blank space
3. Go to Display Settings (should be closer to the bottom)
4. Scroll all the way down and click on graphics settings
5. Click Browse
6. Go to your game directory
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Ultimate Ninja STORM 3 Full Burst)
7. Go to the DLC folder
8. Click NSUNS3.exe
9. It should come up on the list inside graphic settings
10. Click on it and then click options
11. Select High Performance and Click save.
12. Open The Game

For the non HD version of the game Follow steps 1-6 skip 7 and continue steps 8-12

do you have the completed HD version save data with the DLC costume?

It worked for me, thank you! And an addition to this guide, be sure that fps limit is what you want in your config file, that inside of the dlc folder.
