360 Controller Issues and Missing DLC costumes for HD Storm 3

Can anybody explain why DLC is not showing up or if there is a way to fix it. Now for my controller issue. So typically Chakra is Y, Jump is A, Punch is B, and Shurikens are X. Well apparently on Storm 3 HD A is the Shuriken, X is for Chakra, Y is Jump, and B is still the punch button. Also I am completely unable to substitue with LT and RT. When I press either button I get a weird sound effect instead.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Not sure about the DLCs but I had the controller issue too.
Find the config ini and scroll down to the controller settings and replace it with this:

Also, I just found something out. I was playing with a friend who never had Storm 3 and thus never had a save file. I tried everything, I even reinstalled the game. I deleted my save and created a new one and now I have the outfits... This really sucks though if you have to delete your save.

Hm, then something else is casuing a problem. When I started Storm 3 first I had the same issue and I just pasted the controll settings from Storm 1 as they worked out of the box. I had the same issue with Storm 2. I don't understand it myself since as far as I understand those are the keyboard settings but changing that helped me.

Reseting the controls in the game fixed the controller issue for me.
Costumes are not there for me either but my brother has them.

I've tried both methods for the controller issue and got nothing :/. I also tried deleting the save files to see if the dlc would show up as Reachie said earlier, but nothing there either. I'm really hoping we get a patch to fix these issues soon.

Honestly I wish I could hug people when they help me out I deleted the folder entirely as you instructed and I'm so damn happy now. I have all the DLC and my controller works properly now.

I had the dlc problem I disabled steam cloud sync from the game properties and deleted the save files and that worked for me. Sometimes steam redownloads your save files from cloud if not found

Sorry to revive it but I have the same problems about missing the dlc costumes. I just finished chapter 6 and still nothing. Did you solve it by deleting the saves?

Yeah deleting the save was how I resolved this issue. And no worries for reviving the post. I hope you're able to get it working.
