Worst Decker ever.

Blitz sure is cause i swear he is incompetent on every level compared to my decker/shooter plus hes always using oudated decks and programs when eveyone else equipment has upgraded.

blitz is an idiot lol.
i played a combat decker so had little use for him as a decker.
the tazer on his drone howerver came in handy very often for me. spot the mage, zap the mage and deal to the rest in peace.

What if your character isn't a decker? Even if he's not optomised can he make do?

I always use Blitz. Even with outdated gear, I have beaten every decking challenge with him on very hard, first try. Don't blame the tools you're given. They are more than adequate.

I'll second what Clearer and goforth said. Is it possible to custom make a better decker? of course. If you really enjoy Decking have at it.
There's virtually nothing that Blitz can't take on his lonesome, however.

i didnt put any points at all into esp's and focused all other points on decking,chrasima and assult rifle and was still better than any streetsam or decker in the game...in hind sight i would have put a few points in biotech too.

hell i wasnt far off APEX's matrix ability.

Blitz is a great decker imho. Tackled everything pretty good. Eiger on the other hand, Eiger is the worst shooter ever...

Haha, I know, it's sad. Just finished the MKIV mission... stupid bint missed half her bloody shots @70~80% with her SNIPER RIFLE -__- How the frak you even MISS with a sniper rifle is beyond me... And yes, I get that you must use them at long range in the game, makes sense, but I still say her hit rate must be faked.

Even with an outdated deck, Blitz can at least do his job well enough.
Glory is still f@#$ing badass though. Dear Lord, if I had three of her, I'd take the game over XD

They're all good. You just need to buff them at the right time.

Last mission, I kept both glory and Eiger +tohit buffed and they landed their shots the majority of the time.

It IS odd how I've missed shots which were 97% hit probablility, though. >.>

her pistol was crap and dante the dog was more effective in melee.
i would trade all three for a team with at least 5 or 6 rifle and weapons to match.
except maybe the shaman ...his buffs were usefull enough. although he should still be able to buff and and use a decent bloody weapon.

Still, Blitz is not a pure decker, he's a shooter/decker/rigger. Of course he isn't the best decker - or rigger - in the business, but like others said - he's good ENOUGH. Just can't waltz through everything.

I don't know why you'd hire others... Your team can probably carry you through the whole campaign if you work them effectively. Besides, if you go pure ANYTHING you'll likely wind up in a gutter. It's best to have a few options, but not to spread yourself too thinly.

That being said... Blitz should've gone with something other than the SMG - probably the worst weapon choice, though surprisingly he's show up a few red numbers before in my runs (generally ~40ish%). I still find it hilarious that he's had a better to-hit ratio than Eiger, even if he doesn't shoot off more rounds. And somehow his stupid droid is STILL better than mine, which is unfair >:|

Well, SMG isn't actually that bad a choice - rifle is out, since he can't have a drone active and shoot the rifle in other than single shot. I guess shotgun would be a good or better option, but it's more situational. A Ruger Warhawk would be a cool option, I guess. :)

Blitz is a better decker than the other guy after a few missions, so unless you're a decker yourself he's pretty much your only option. He's not a half-bad character choice overall either way.
