Did the game became better?
Last time I almost bought this game at 50% sale. But the reviews were mostly negative so I decided to not try my luck. What happened?

Is it worth buying this game now? What improvements were made that change their minds? I know people hated it for the micro transactions previously. I just want to know why people start giving it a better review overnight?

I haven't given it a "better review."

I still want my $70 back.

it became trendy to dunk on d4 and as time goes on, it becomes less trendy. games always been good for casual gamers but endgame wasn't so great for people who want to spend 500 hours on each character

Yes, it's improved greatly and is a ton of fun now.
BNet has 50% sale right now though, so maybe better buy it there.

Yes, it's a lot better.

No it's not better. Still the same boring end game...

Its definitely better! its much easier to lvl. As far as an endgame system they are still working on it, they even said so. I used to quit around lvl 60 just because of how long the leveling took. but now you can get to level 60 in just a few hours. If its on sale i suggest get it. but dont pay 70 bucks.

This. The campaign itself is an excellent playthrough but the endgame sucks.

My thoughts on season 4 if interested:

Yes, much better, but I liked it before the update, so it's a big win for me. It's a great game zhit bust, nothing else to say. You can try it for 2 hours and then refund if bought on steam, just as any other game, but yeah, it's waiting for that sale to come around again isn't it?

"The same boring end game" is literally a lie. Because we got tons of more endgame. It's OBJECTIVELY a lie.

Also yes, your post is also a lie, because not everything is a lie to me. Most of your posts are though.

Euro truck simulator 2 (50K online) still most popular than Diablo 4 (18K online). Go and play ETS2.

It sits at 70% and at steam user standarts, it means next to mediocre.
Good products have 90%+.

The game still has a long way to go, at blizzards slowmotion developement speed atleast another 15 seasons before it most likely starts to see a release worthy state.

As of now season 4 is a little bit faster, more items, general more loot, a tad better itemstats and modifications id say.
However it is still an always online singleplayer experience, no players, no mercs and pay to progress / pay to win battlepass.
It also still suffers from FOMO design.

However in my personal opinion it looks like Blizzard became a asian studio, their products seem to aim for asian markets and microtransaction addicts, so im unsure if the product ever gets into a good state and not just mediocre.

And there is still people to dense to check that Steam numbers are completely useless when the game population is 99% on Bnet and Console. :steamfacepalm:

Should have bought it 50% off. D4 bad meme was true, but it's improved.
