help understanding Paragon points please
So I got my barb to level 60, then 103 as a paragon. I finished all the storyline and expansion storyline quests. I filled my paragpn tree, which is named Hemorrage and is 1 of 9. If I click the Board Attachment Gate at the top of my Paragon skill tree I can "preview" the others. I can not select another paragon tree to put my other 54 paragon points into. How do I open another Paragon Tree? Why do ALL my characters have my barbs amount of paragon points if they can't use them until 60?

Also, when I mooseover my rare glyphs at the bottom of my Paragon Tree, they have Legendary Bonuses which are unlockable at level 45 with a Legendary Upgrade. How do I get these Legendary Upgrades?

1. During Preview Paragon Board, you can spin the board and attach it.

2. Paragon points are account wide. You can earn some of the Paragon points before level 60.

3. Pit of the Artificer in Cerrigar. This is also how you unlock Torment levels.

You have to path to one if the sides of the board to the gateway icon and click it to actually attach another board. You can PREVIEW boards anytime by clicking the non-pathed gateway icon, but you can only ATTACH them if you path to it.
