Although i'd like add bit more regarding to uber bosses. If they added extra difficulty that is actually "hard" with better loot (would require more mats ofc) then that would fix the whole charade with bosses.
Its tedious 1 tapping bosses hoping for specific item to drop with prefect effect rolls and multiple GA is not very satisfying for the 1000th time. Not to mention some of those sorry excuse of mythic items (neck and weapons especially, would rather if they dropped as spark already to save my time to visit town to salvage it.)
The literal only thing you mentioned that makes sense to do is add a way to flag items to sell in bulk like you can for salvage.
The rest is your opinion and you're welcome to it, but I don't agree with most of it since it feels like nitpicking.
FOR EXAMPLE:
Paragon 300 isn't required to fully flesh out a build with all the supporting nodes for a glyph. More like 100ish if you have your rep stuff done on the world map regions. It's also meant to be a sort of "backstop" for progress since there's no point in going that far and definitely no need for all those points in almost any build out there. So if your FOMO is getting hurt by not achieving 300, then don't worry... there's no issue with it.
How about we just trade in the boss mats for the reward we want and skip the whole annoying fight?
How about getting BIS gear from the merchant and skip the whole loot hunt?
*sigh*
There is actually plenty of mobile games giving you exactly that, so pls go there, Diablo is already dumbed down enough..
If you enjoy spending hours grinding ubers, more power to you, I'm genuinely happy for you. But let's be real, ubers don't feel like proper bosses right now, especially with the current meta and the insane damage output we're dealing. To me, ubers are more like lootboxes. And if that's the case, why can't I open 5 or 10 at once? It's like a casino where ubers are the spinning wheel, and you're hoping for that sweet unique gear with a GA or maybe even a mythical drop (yeah, RNG is crazy low, but still). So why not streamline the process a bit?
Honestly, it's just not fun sitting there for hours, watching them spawn and then vanish in a millisecond. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against the grind, but I'd rather spend my time doing something more engaging, like running Nightmare Dungeons, farming Headhunt Event, or diving into the Pit and wiping out hordes of mobs. That's where the real fun is for me. I still want better gear through RNG, but I'd rather not waste hours on something that feels like a chore.
"the game sucks"

Tell us more about the game you don't like after 123 hours played.
Then do those things you like doing.
It could be a LOT worse... like only having ONE possible thing to do (even in endgame) because you have a completely linear storyline like POE 2.
But, let's be honest here, you clearly like D4 or you wouldn't have almost 300 hours played in it.
Absolutely, I like D4. I own it on both Battle.net and Steam. Since day one, Blizzard has done an incredible job refining the game, making it genuinely enjoyable season after season. The list of QoL improvements is seriously impressive.
I agree, it could be a lot worse, and yes, POE 2 is a great example of that. But like they say, there's no limit to perfection. So why not dream up some cool changes? That way, you can truly enjoy every aspect the game has to offer.
I mean, it sounds like you want the game to be better, but complaining doesn't get it done. Make suggestions for things you would like to see and I'm sure other people would agree.
The negative spin is what puts people off.
Hmm, you're probably right, but sometimes I just can't help it, certain things in the game really get under my skin and make me want to yell!
But thanks for the advice, I really do appreciate it!

It doesn't matter it's from 2025 or 1945 or 1666, don't be lazy, just make sure you have a steady hand
I agree and still there's Beast in Ice (boss) and he's also annoying
Undercity of Kurast too and it's a good idea
I disagree with you, sorry. Event is fine
Nobody cares, no need to worry
You are wrong, I've seen someone even reach level 300, but it takes a lot of time and playing
My opinion is that Diablo 4 is much better than before and I feel more fun now. I hope it will be better and they will continue to add interesting content in future
I'm specifically talking about the Conduit Shrine. The one that turns you into a lightning ball, letting you zap enemies. Why is it bad? Because in T4, even when you're dealing over 50b damage, you still can't one-shot elites. On top of that, it's a transformation, so if you're playing a fast, mobile build, it actually slows you down and gets in the way. It's just annoying.
As for blue and gold gear from NM dungeons and merchants. The issue is that this stuff has been around since day one. On T4, the description literally says that blue and gold gear shouldn't spawn at this difficulty, yet we still get it from NM dungeons and vendors. Sure, you can just ignore it, sell it, or scrap it, but that's not the point.
Blizzard doesn't seem to care, just like with the Conduit Shrine. They leave it in the game when they could've done something interesting with these mechanics instead.
And finally, about level 300. It's frustrating because it feels nearly impossible to reach. Blizzard didn’t give us any real tools to speed up XP gain, so it just becomes a slow, tedious grind.
Of course, you can ignore all of this, just like most players do. But if these mechanics exist in the game, why not turn them into something useful that everyone can actually enjoy?
there are shries with xp boost potions give xp boost incense give xp boost playing with teammate give xp boost and i think in time there gona be some event with xp boost
