I haven't touched it since Diablo 2 Resurrected released because it is the worst in the series and only survived for over a decade because OG Diablo II looked very dated.

The original Diablo has not aged well and was never officially re-masteted, so that version would be a hard sell compared to how D2R looks and plays.

This is one of the best mods I've ever seen -- improves resolution and adds wide screen support, improves the UI, adds back the quests that were removed from the original, adds single-player difficult levels, adds/refines some of the spells, and even adds back some of the uniques that were drafted but never added to the game.
