why is diablo review rating on PS5 much better than Steam?

Then why only Diablo 4 are bombed?
Diablo 4 is far from the only game getting reviewbombed on Steam.
The others you mentioned have
a) no hate campaign running against it on social media &
b) have been out for ages.
Playstation store ratings are heavily curated.

Ok, then name other games that are bombed "ufairly" and because of "social media hate campaing". Not because they are bad.
From ARGP's i remember Sacred 3 and Torchlight 3 "bombed", but thats because they were crapy games.

Oh look. There is a Curator for that that even lists the reason for it for every game on it's list.
I'd like to add that my wife and I pre-ordered the $100 version and for whatever reason, Sony or Blizzard won't allow us to rate it... Only game out of the hundreds we own that won't allow us to rate it. Every time we go to the store page, it acts like we don't own it but clearly we do as I have it installed on our PS5 and PS4.

Something strange happened. Bet a BUNCH of people like us can't vote...

Oh look the curator is crap.
Urkaine support bombing: Frostpunk. Where is it? Not even a steam tag.
Negative review: FIrewatch. Where is it? MechWarrior Online. 63 negative 131 positive. Wow such bombing.

What else is there.
Mirror, Naraka, Counter-Strike Nexon: Studio?
The reasons are even better. Naraka: Not sure. Looks like there are a bunch of spammed negative reviews about greedy monetization practices so not sure if its because of spam or complaints.
Also no tag.

I asked for other games that are bombed "ufairly" and because of "social media hate campaing".
Wtf is this AI reviewer ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?

As others have said, review bombs.

Just filter reviews for 2 hours playtime and more and reviews are so much better.
The reason for that is that in that 0-2 hours window A LOT of reviews are just people that bought it to give it a negative review and then refund it.

They removed refunded reviews.

I noticed the same.

D4 right now offers more than enough for casual players, they can easily get over 100 hrs of content, consoles is where most casuals are and that's where you find the most positive reviews.
The problem of this game is the lack of endgame or anything really challenging for ARPG players, "hardcore" ARPG players are on PC and that's where you find the most negative reviews.
I think any review system that has "review bombing" is an exceedingly good thing. It means it isn't being curated and filtered by devs/publishers/middlemen as much, and that is only good. Even if you think review bombing is bad, you can usually see it by looking at the reviews for 2.2 seconds. I'd rather know what a review bomb campaign is about, then to have it hidden from my eyes because some exalted elite wants to filter what i can and cannot see.

For instance, this game is good for the campaign. But end game sucks balls and is ultra-grindy. Every season incentivizes you to skip campaign or you can't even get the season content. So the best part of the game is the part you are discouraged from replaying. So, get used to playing Nightmare dungeons endlessly. The live service portion is meh at best.

I'd rather see reviews of political nonsense from all sides, people playing console war comparisons or whatever irrelevant issue to a review. Cause i'd rather see it, than have it hidden from my eyes. I can choose to dismiss negative or positive reviews on my OWN criteria, thank you very much.
