Balloon in the air - how do I lower it?

There's a balloon vantage point in Jeet's Territory that is floating up in the air. How do I bring it down? There's a gas can nearby but I cant use it to fill the generator, and I obviously cant fill the balloon either since it's in the air.

There should be a switch nearby.

I think, you can only use them once you have been to Jeet's and unlocked teh mission (they then are lowered to ground level).

Thank you! You have to follow the yellow cable to the switch. Make sure you're standing on the right (front) side of the switch or it won't pop up

There is one that needs the generartor powered up, tethers broken, and balloon itself refueled, so once in Pink Eye's territory, have a fuel can handy.

Always a good idea to keep a tank full of gas in the back of your car. ive had to use a couple of them to blow off doors blocking access to balloons.

You need to look around.
Almost ANY baloon place has a gas tank somewhere standing around.

Unfortunately you cannot check how full a gas tank is.

I walked around looking at the generator the winch all of it. Switch was the first thing I looked at but you have to be standing PERFECT in the right spot to activate it ffs
