Each point you put into Judgement doesn't give you an entire tier but will give you one blue notch in your current tier. The higher level you get the more things you're capable of unlocking for Max. This levels up normally through doing quest and stuff but I'm guessing there will be a level cap that will require putting Griffa Tokens into Judgement to max out.
LOL you can max out legendary status before you even leave Jeets territory if you want. It was so easy i am not sure why they even added it into the game. You keep earning griffen tokens long after you have maxed out the abilites.
Different things is for the car: you need to upgrade it as fast as you can. Enemies are faster, with better armor and with a very nice AI. Taking on the first convoy with almost no car upgrades was a blast. Same goes for the storms, if you have no upgrades....can be deadly.
I will try to avoid Griffa as much as I can. Actually, I feel he's kinda OP as an NPC. But maybe, later on the game, things will change. I really hope so.
