Side burners - clear Balefire Flatland region??

I just did the mission that supposedly unlocked the side burners. But it is telling me I have to reduce threat in the Balefire Flatlands region.

When I look at my map, that region is completely rid of threats and is coloured yellow (unlike others which are orange or red).

Am I missing something? Is this a bug?

Did you clear the 2 minefields, it should be light grey if it's cleared.

I'd cleared one but totally forgot about them. Time to get the bugg out!

Where is the one minefield? Can't see it on the map.

You use your buggy so the dog can smell them out

Check intersections, camp entrances, convoy routes, typically where you'll find mines. Chum will also point them out and the mines show up on the map if you get close to them, look for clusters of cars, dead giveaway.
