Secret Buzzard Car?

In one of the Scavenging Locations in The Dunes you can find an underground garage containing a Buzzard car. When I found it I didn't know that you can't enter the car when it's out of gas so I just left it there, and now I have no idea where that place was, since, you know, Dunes. Anyone knows the location of that place? I know that Max says something about "hole in the concrete" upon entering, but I don't remember much else.

From Gastown, take the route due south, its right off the road halfway to the airport. I had no idea that car could be taken, never thought to try and refuel the friggin thing.

I got that idea after the mission with Demented Chariot because it also had to be refueled.

Okay, that didn't work, you can't refuel it. You can't also blow it up, even after eleven shots from the shotgun. I don't know if the car is glitched or just wasn't meant to be driveable...

If you mean this camp(where the white circle is)...the car can be refueled...you drive it out of the tunnel and end up on the other side of the camp.

Note: there are a few Buzzard camps that have vehicles but you can't refuel them.
