DLC's - starting them?

Ive just bought madmax and it came with the 3 DLC's. But I want to play the main story first then do the DLCs. Is that possible? They have been auto activated and when I got to DLC page from the madmax menus it says on steam there is no DLCs lol

They're just decoration DLCs, you don't need to activate them, simply play and you'll bump into them.
They don't have separate DLC pages and can't be bought, that's why you can't see them on game page.

In order to access them play far enough along until you can unlock them, the two hood ornaments will be available once regular garage access is granted, the vehicle is unlocked with a particular Death Run win, the car body is available long as your online and far enough into story, its not found like the others.

I used that and thought I would have SOME cover, as it Scotus's insignia after all.

Haha, that's actually funny that they've implemented some stealth mechanics into the game that are completely unnecessary!
About using faction vehicles and other one is that you sometimes can instantly dispatch of enemy from the back pressing E.

I know right? but I have liberated a few camps with a Scrotus vehicle, my personal fav is when planning a camp run, I get attacked by a pickup truck, I'll take the truck and load all the melee weapons in the back and slowly back it into the target camp (usally quite close by) and I have all those nice shiny spears to fight with.

Yeah, they could leave some storage space for melee weapons :(

2014 and 2015 were weird years for games: publishers thought singleplayer games were on their way out and invested heavily in casual, multiplayer and always-online connected singleplayer games. It meant they had no faith in traditional singleplayer games without any multi, Mad Max was under-promoted compared with say Shadow of Mordor from the year previous. So, Avalanche didn't have the time or budget to start on any major non-cosmetic DLC to follow-up with and by the time it had become obvious there was still strong demand for tightly polished and well-designed singleplayer games it was too late.

So Mad Max has a downloadable content button on the title menu, which leads nowhere.

No just 2 vehicles
the 'Ripper' which is a body that is available in the vehicle selection
the "Rockstar' a vehicle which is earned in a death run
and 4 hood ornaments
these will show right away in the garage/hood ornament display.
mine shows a total of 6 DLC(some were pre-order and one(Circa Blades) was from the Russian version of the game.

and as posted above the 'Scrotus' decal which is only available when playing on-line(it will disappear if you play off line)..will not effect your save game file.
