Can't find Crow Dazzle Car
Where is it?
Im at the blue point on the map but cant find the car.

As Ryuu said, take the mission on when night falls. Although the car handles like tar it may take a few attempts.

I can not even find the blue dot for that car!!

It will be parked in the lot at the O-Ring at night.

if you go to the 'blue spot'....the game will say that you can't proceed with that mission until night ...just do ohter things until it's night...then 'fast travel' to the area.

it will appear after you accept to do the mission...

It's a night mission go there after dusk.
