Pc controls

Im thinking about getting this game, but I wanna know if the controls for pc are good or if it is necessary playing with a pad.

PC controls is awful so gamepad is much better. But toons of gamepads simply not recognized by game, so u need x360 controller or something.

You can use a program called x360ce to get around the compatibility issues with non-360 gamepads.

You DON'T need a gamepad. But if you try using a keyboard, you'll be limited to 8 directions of movement. There is a slight "auto-aim" though, attacks aren't a problem.

Keyboard controls are tolerable and can be rebound to a mouse, although menu navigation must be done using arrow keys. I suggest trying the demo to test it. As for me, I just did the first 2 levels and am satisfied using the mouse for both attacks, block, and use.

Yeah I agree with Messbot , get the demo rebind the keys you want to your mouse , No problems for me either, game movement is fine.

All the buttons from the controls are mapped onto the keyboard and allow you to remap them how you want. What else are you expecting?

But really, what idiot plays games and doesn't have a controller?

Ignorant people like you make me laugh...
Any real PC gamer has a game pad, usually a xbox360 controller because not all games work well with a keyboard and mouse, but then you probably haven't played that many PC games or you'd know this...

Um actually, I've got 92 games just on steam and i have NEVER had to use a game pad, never had to until now so STFU, this game is on the PC. If i wanted a game i had to play with a controller i would have an Xbox or a PS3. I've played plenty of ported games without these issues. LoS is still an excellent game and I'll deal with it, but would be much better without the current kb/m problems.

I have 100s of pc games that i have never needed to use a controller, the only games i use a joystick with are the space sims like Tie Fighter and Freespace series of games, the rest, mouse and keyboard, or i just don't play it.

I am shocked that i am called ignorant just because i don't use controllers for pc games that really shouldn't be required, sure it should be an option for those that prefer it, but all pc games, should have the keyboard and mouse controls as an option for those that prefer that over the control pad.

I need help with this please, I started the game and in the tutorial it gives the instructions of "how to play" it says press "spacebar"(because I changed the controls) to continue but it does not move from there, the game keeps playing i get hit and i try to use different keyboards to try if it was the compatibility but still can't pass that. I ctrl+alt+supr and then opened task manager, and it didn't show up, it was still at the game and the instruction went off as I tapped spaceabar normally, then i couldn't do anything (can't move, attack, jump, bring menu, alt+tab, anything), please anybody else got this problem and got a solution for it?
