how to start new game?

i played demo a bit and now the game starts where i ended the demo, but i would like to play the tut again; how to do so? I did not find any button/key for restarting the game, only continueing from where i ended or last checkpoint, what brings me sadly not to the beginning of the game

Try opening world map and selecting first chapter.

You should detele castlevania.profile file in Program Files\Steam\userdata\13668517\234080\remote\

See if you got the cloud option enabled. If it is it will just restore your savegames after you deleted them.

I just checked out the forum because I want to restart my game also.
My question is Why can`t I restart this from a in game menu.

So annoying if you play this on two pc's. The cloud sync does not match, I played 6 hours at work and came home to find it not updated. Ill backup the work save and just manually copy the save from now after seeing a few posts about corrupt saves too.

sure u need to disable cloud before, otherwise the cloud restores ur save right away, did not thought this necessary to say explicit, its logic

deactivated cloud and start the game!!
