How to fix these problems?

This game i run on win10 and it have some graphic glitches, polygon deformed , charachter polygon deformed and the game is unplayable , how can i fix?

i downloaded and installed recent directx but it wont work, tried the replacement of dx9ll too but it wont work , tried to reduce the screen width but it wont work, please this is a nice game but it needs a fix or is it unplayable

i have
cpu 3.90ghz
amd sapphire 3gb
and the other games run smoothly

I recently played both Castlevanias, on Win10, had zero issues. I don't recall now, but if there was an option to turn on v-sync, I did so. Try as well?

For reference, I played through this about 2 years and the only thing I've changed is adding more RAM.

The solution is to enter the options at each phase start (because that happens IN EVERY phase) and go from full screen to window and from window to full screen again. I don't know why it is but they have had almost 10 years to fix it...
