Is there an estimate to exactly how much content (time wise) is currently included with release?

Thank you so much for your question, to answer Tales Of Seikyu currently holds 8-15 hours of content, with a main story and plenty of side quests to be completed.

Does it currently let you keep playing after beating the story content? Can you continue doing the farming activities and doing seasonal content endlessly?

Yes!

Once the main story is completed you are free to continue farming, forming relationships, and side quests that appear on your journey!
