I have been really excited about this game... but I saw something today that made my expectations drop drastically.

The devs posted a survey today on twitter. There is 7 (SEVEN) options for "how do you identify?"

If this is the devs mindset, I am really nervous about how the game is going to turn out.

the real question here is: are you bringing this up because of how many times the question was asked? or are you complaining that you were asked what you identify as rather than "are you male or female"?

if it's the latter, then i don't think video games are for you anymore. games and their developers are trending more towards inclusivity these days and it's not going to stop. no offense intended, but it might be time for you to find a new hobby if video games do nothing but make you angry
