this should be illegal
I feel you, it is terrible service on RobaRoba's part. They really need some tracking information, or updates on the order somewhere. And the amount of time they take is insane.
But, I've so far never heard of an order not eventually arriving. And everything I've ever ordered has shown up. They take forever, and are silent the entire time, but they do eventually arrive.
So yeah, probably won't be doing any more business with them after this, you should receive tracking updates though eventually.
I do feel like quite the sucker for paying for the "prioriity" shipping though after all this time.
Here's what they said in the last email about a month ago, in case anyone was curious:
All is well with your order as it is in processing. We have a notice at the top of the store to please expect processing delays that may have been missed. Holiday rush paired with some new product launches comes with a large influx of orders for our manufacturing and shipping team as our apparel is made to order. I can't provide an exact ETA at this time but we are hoping within the next week or two, you should have tracking. A tracking email is provided once your order is packed and ready for shipment.
There was a brief hold on hoodies for a bit due to awaiting stock from our supplier but those have arrived this week so production can continue on hoodie apparel.
Our team is pulling a lot of over time to keep up with the demand so we greatly appreciate your patience and support. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach back out to us.
