I would advise you to take what you've learned and start over, like i said i have had to do so a few times just to avoid digging through a ton of stuff. It does go better the more you do it.
When you are making a mod and testing it use new game starts and don't enable other mods untill your done with yours and sure it works fine.
There is no way i know of to save mod order. Pen and paper? lol take a pic with your phone :D

I can't remember off the top of my head what exactly causes that, but you might try looking through your mod changes at the top of the screen to see what your mod is changing and go from there.

I have acquired that problem before myself, I believe that it simply has to do with having a body file assigned to a character and not having that race mod that the character's body was designed with.
for instance if I took the body design file for Luna moon lander and added it to a greenlander character and then started the game without Luna moonlander mod on I would get that error.

Ive only changed the colour of the blood of all races even the Edad race which I have no clue what it is.

It’s odd I don’t have mods I disabled except for the cats on enemies mod.

What I’m confused about is race editor limits for race is RACE

Well that is the problem.
Which race has that editor limit? It should be something like kenshi/data/editor/editor_data_human for Greenlanders and /editor_data_bone_people for Shek.

Well it might be hard to find since you changed every race, but somewhere either an editor data was removed or changed.
Do a quick test, make a new mod and change just one races blood color and then load it.
Since your still in the early learning phase for FCS it might be safer to do a few at a time and load it for a test, atleast that way if something gets accidentally changed it is easier to track down.

what confused me was the fact that i disabled the mod i had just made and i still had the error pop up. Does it still load into a save anyways? or now its a mod thats not even mine.

If you remove a mod from an existing save without an import it could likely show up as missing from that save. Try importing your save instead of loading.
If that doesn't work perhaps a base game file was changed somehow, i would verify integrity of files too. Right click on keshi in your game list in library, select properties then local files and you will see verify integrity at the bottom.

My first few attempts at mods ended in a similiar fashion lol. But you have gained experience! Your new version will go much quicker (still test in small bunches though).
When testing any new mod your making you should always do it with new game starts, and only import your existing saved games after your sure the mod is working. I learned this the hard way as well :(
