Not sure if it is exactly what you're looking for but I think it's close enough from a quick glance. There's more in the Workshop but I'm sure you can look for them yourself. I haven't searched for any mod that add AI Core but I assume they can also be found in the Workshop.
If you want to make your own mod and require help, I suggest try visiting the official Kenshi Discord channel (link in one of the pinned thread in the General Discussion subforum). I heard they're super helpful for those interested in modding the game. Good luck.
Not functional :/ there are some that work, but the ones that do are tedious and you produce them basically for free, id rather have them be still based on in game stuff, but still keep them expensive. (one mod adds like shops in every city, trees and wood so you can make paper out of wood and water to then make books...)
