Nothing can be done unfortunately, short of seeing if it has a Nexus version or something. :/
omg that sucks QQ Ive looked around and cant find it anywhere else.. Wonder why they would do that... It has been up for years! So random... and realy sucks for anybody who had been using it. Man that's scary, over 100 hours of a playthrough can be Destroyed by mod authors taking down there mods at random.. Imean i think i can just give them all default hair again, But if it happens to be a bigger mod..
Looks like you can just rename the workshop folder and stick them in your mods folder.
