Can small factions conquer towns?

The title says it all, we know we can conquer towns if we ally with the Sheks, Holy Nation or the United Cities, but Im wondering, can you conquer them with small factions as well? Like the anti-slavers or the swamp ninjas? Ty!

Depends on the faction. It's not so much that factions can conquer towns, but rather that towns can have predetermined alternate variants based on the conditions of the world, to simulate conquest.

No faction can take all towns, and not all factions can take any at all. But there are towns that can fall to smaller minor factions, typically if the big factions who would normally take them are dead.
