You can build a fighting pit to train your people. Basically a small walled off area with a gate and some cages on the inside.
Put your kidnapped persons in the cages and let them out to fight. If they are still alive afterwards heal them and put them pack into the cages.

i kidnaped a plastic surgeon so i could edit my 20-something man army ( too lazy to move em all ). too bad he vanished from my cage when i launched the game the next day. but otherwise, you can just kidnap people to use them are gladiators, fighting your men so they become stronger

The pit fighting sounds cool, but i heard a rumour that you can indoctrinate kidnapped people into your group, and can you sell them to slavers? because i have yet to find any slavers that buy.

There is a mod that gives you a chance to recruit the people you capture.

I've never tried to sell someone to slavers, so I don't know if they will buy kidnapped persons.
You might want to try selling them to the mining camps or to Rebirth as long as they are not from the Holy Nation.
