Marking places on the map

I was wondering if you can mark areas on the map? I sometimes put lots of loot in chests aroudn the map after my inventory is filled up, and it can be hard to keep track.

yeah.. suggested many times before.

atm, the only way to add a "marker" is to build an outpost (out of non camping stuff). I build buildings at selected locations to act as supply/storage stations for exploring squad, which will be visible on the map.

Maybe I'm imagining it, but didn't one of the early alpha versions have the ability to mark one spot on the map?

I was looking for this feature the other day when I wanted to mark spots on the map but couldn't. Probably necessary for release, as Kenshi is a huge game and I wanted to mark good build spots for my bases.

maybe when the entire map is released. for placing markers in areas not added yet could cause game issues.

If the markers were visible in the world I could see it, if they were literally just a part of the map UI not so much >.>

it was never planed as a feature.

Возможно, мод "Bury Your Treasure!" может решить проблему.
