Mukai the Mountain lore

Is Mukai the Mountain anywhere else before something happens to Esata, any lore about him, just wondering what is so special as to him taking over after something happens to Esata.

The only real lore about him is what he represents for Shek Kingdom, a reversion to their old ways before Esata took over. This is shown via the kingdoms actions, such as invading the Holy Nation with Kamikaze troops, purely to go out in out last glorious battle. It is also referenced by his name itself, which translates to "Opposite", referencing his methods being opposed to Esata's.

Beyond that we don't know anything about him. One could argue that he was perhaps one of the Invincibles before his ascension, like Esata was herself. Or perhaps he was simply a powerful Hundred Guardian who gathered a following. We will likely never know.
