Where is Longen?

Supposed to be in the big HQ building. Hard to miss, since he wears robes unlike everyone else there.

I found another noble sitting in the throne. If I import the game Longen appears. So is it a bug?

Another question, If I import the game with Checked Deads, do the previous dead nobles (killed by me) return alive?

Yes, import dead npc basically means revive dead people.
