Make sure to import your save if you haven't recently. You have Genesis installed, and it's latest update requires an import to keep using it on an existing save.

I imported a couple times and it doesn't seem to be fixing the issue. I don't think its an issue with the zones since I followed the steps in the guide (deleting the zones) and the issue didn't seem to be coming from any of them. It's definitely the genesis mod since I disabled it and it loaded fine. What do you think I should do? (I'm new to fixing these types of things sorry)

I would either disable Genesis, or try disabling other mods instead to see if it's a conflict between Genesis and another mod.

I tried deloading all the mods and reloading all of them one by one (on another save). It isn't a conflict with any of the mods since it seems to work fine (so I'm now thinking its and issue with the save). It isn't an issue with the zones (like I said earlier). Any ideas?

Unfortunately, if it's not something in the zone data, I'm not sure what it could be in the save data or how to go about fixing it. :/

You could report the issue to the Genesis authors since it seems to be related and isn't a mod conflict, or simply disable the mod for now.
