Report a translation problem
I'd test an import with all mods disabled, see if it still doesn't trigger. If it doesn't, you should upload the save so I can investigate it. If it does work, you should go dig through your mods to find the one causing it.
I'm unsure what all Genesis has changed in that regard, so I can't help much there. Would be better off reporting this on their mod's page or their discord server.
Took a look at Genesis, and it looks like for some unknown reason they just outright deleted the condition, so it no longer is checking Grace's status at all, and is impossible to flip.
Here's quick little override mod to repair it. Load it below Genesis to apply it.

Since you knew it was Genesis doing it, it was just a matter of opening it up and looking at the world state. Then making a quick patch mod to add the one condition back in.
