Kenshi Mouse Bug
So today I turned on the game, nothing special was happening... just loading screen and then menu. But there were two cursors (in the menu), first default and second "in-game one", I was (actually I am still) able to use only default one but game wasn't reacting to anything I've done. This was first time that this happened to me, what should I do?

go into options
toggle hardware mouse and off.
that will reset it.

But the problem is that I can't... because game does not respond to anything, it is not possible to even exit from game (I must turn off computer)

Disable the Steam Overlay for the game. It causes mouse resolution mismatches, cursor issues, mouseclick issues, etc, very frequently.

Exit Steam Fully, then restart Steam, being sure the Steam Overlay isn't still enabled for Kenshi. That "should" at least allow you to interact with the menu system for Kenshi to further diagnose the issue.

Be very sure your mouse driver has no problems running in nonstandard resolutions/ratios if you happen to be running something like that.

Update your mouse driver, just to be sure. A lot of people get new hardware, new monitors, and don't bother updating their mousedrivers which may desperately need that sort of help.

Anyway guys... I was just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiot, the only thing I needed to do was to change screen type to "Borderless"
...sorry for your wasted time

Not wasted at all - Someone else might have the same problem and come across this thread to read your solution. Everyone benefits. :)
there is no fix for fullscreen, it is currently permanently bugged.

Neko my friend, this is an old thread : )
Reviving an old thread to thank you guys. Steam Overlay would cause mouse to stop working specifically when I was rapidly clicking things, so large fights and micromanaging was such an ordeal.
