Can't access bottom portion of game window

Just bought and installed the game. Verified the files.

When my mouse gets near the bottom of the screen the Windows cursor appears on top of the game cursor and I can no longer click on any of the game elements. This happens right around the top of the SQD button. Making it impossible to interact with the SQD button, HELP button, or any of the buttons to the right along the bottom of the screen.

Playing with a destop PC ruinning Win 10 - 64 pro. GTX1060 w/ 6 GB. Using a 4k monitor. Have tried in 4k resolution, 1440p and 1080p and get the same behaviour in all resolutions. Playing in fullscreen mode.

Is this a known issue? Any work arounds?

use hardware mouse, enable then disable it.

I'll try that next time I get a chance. I switched to Boderless Window mode and it works fine in all resolutions.
