Cant get on top floor of stationhouse in The Hub.

I purchased and rebuild the stationhouse however I am unable to build or even move my character on the roof. The highest I can go is the tip of the stairs.

I have made sure it is not just me simply not changing my view up a floor level and have reset meshes and even imported my game in a fresh world.

I am running the most recent experimental patch.

tried rebuilding your navmesh? Ctrl + Shift + F11 or Shift F12 and click fix things.

Thanks for the reply. I tried that before the inport and after it, both to no effect.

Tried and did not work.
I built another building in the hub and i could get on the roof so I am gonna do a new import and rebuy and rebuild the building and see if I still have an issue. Will let you know.

EDIT:
No luck with a new world, the only common factors I can think of are my character, the tech I have and the starting postition.

Same thing happens to me with the stationhouse. I cannot access the 2nd floor, UNLESS i tell my guy to interact with the stools i had built up there. This makes him run to where the stool is located (but on the first floor) and whenever he is in "sitting range" he just teleports onto the stool on the floor above. Then when i tell him to go to the floor part right next to the stool, he teleports back to the lower floor and finishes his "run to" command on the floor below.

I also noticed that the stuff i built on the 2nd floor (stools, table, batteries, training dummies, cages etc.) can be seen from underneath, as if no floor was there. Weirdly enough it also lets me train on my dummies (2nd floor) even though the character doesn't go up there, he stands in range and "trains through the ceiling". Same thing with the chest, i can access the chest from below.

Only happens with the stationhouse, the top floors for my stormhouses are ok and can be accessed normally.

Have tried rebuilding nav mesh (ctrl shift f11, shift f12), but it doesn't help.

EDIT: this happens in my own base, didn't buy the stationhouse in a city but built it myself.
EDIT2: am also on the latest experimental patch.

Bug seems to have been fixed in the latest build.
