CD key
the game wont ask for the cd key but steam pop it up ? anyidea how or where can i paste my cd key?

Rightclick Kenshi in your gamelist and click 'View CD Key'

It should already be in there... The Steam version of Kenshi is slightly different than the 'normal' version of Kenshi.

It should automatically be the paid version when you play for the first time. At least I never entered it, it's in there and I have no limitations.

only if you own a copy outside of steam is your key needed.

This is normal for steam. it does it for every game. even if you don't need to put in the key itself, it will still give you the popup usually.
just click the do not show again checkbox.
