Kenshi
Endgame Goals: All Big Characters/Enemies to fight?
The following is copy/pasted with a few minor additions from a post I made on the newbie help thread on Reddit.

I just got the game and set myself the somewhat stupid overarching goal of doing every endgame research and killing every major faction leader of every faction after declaring war on them to fight massive armies, along with whatever other "big NPC badasses" there are to kill, because that sounds like the closest thing to a "victory" possible (in the vein of the Mount & Blade victory condition of taking over the entire map, which isn't possible in Kenshi). I found this list here[kenshi.fandom.com] which seems like a big list of targets to go for.

I also know that there are bounties in the game (a finite number? I believe that anyone who commits a crime gets a bounty, but there are also a finite number of unique named bounties to hunt for if so desired) for targets to take down like bandit leaders and such, and at least a couple other unique enemies like a white gorillo and someone called Cat-Lon. (I'll check a guide if need be should I find myself needing to figure out where this person is). Who else should be added to the hit list?

Note: Put aside the question of whether this is a sensible goal from a roleplaying perspective or will plunge the world into chaos, but if this is practically impossible, ie killing one makes another invulnerable/someone respawns/it's just really really hard to do, please feel free to let me know and/or suggest alternative goals. I'm not especially good at roleplaying, and struggle without a goal in mind, so having a definite ending to shoot for is helpful to me. Other goals I know of that I could go for include getting all the unique weapons (I don't know where they all are, but I know they are important), and making my fighting squad leader a martial arts master (which I understand to be the most powerful type of combat where you can punch people's arms off and stuff, but also the hardest to train by far, thus making it a compelling goal to to try and reach for me).

Well theres obviously the bugmaster has 100 in combat stats and is guarded by a bunch of spiders that also hit hard. Hunting the Big Leviathans can be a challenge. Tinfist can be a bit tough as well 50k cat bounty for UC/HN and 100 in combat stats. those are the only individuals that come to my mind as having crazy stats that arnt on that wiki page you linked.

There is no order in which you should do them, but skeletons are the oldest characters there is and they are the strongest However fe. the Lord Phoenix is good his troops make him very hard. You need to also take into mind that killing any leader will cause a power vacuum and another faction will take over. So before you do, you should find out who is gonna take over and do you want that faction to gain more power and thus become harder for you?

So in that sense there is an order. But it is somewhat dynamic thing, it depends on who you ally with etc.

Usually people pick one faction they support the entire game and do the others in. But do prepare to see some results you might not like.

This comes as a surprise to many Kenshi veterans, but there actually is a 'win' condition. It does not give you fanfare or anything. But there is one way the player can make the world a better place. Which may come to you when you have played several games up until you get to learn the TRUTH. Which is very findable, if you know where to look.

But we cannot, we won't tell it to you. It is those things one must find and experience on their own. It would be a major spoiler. I cried, you might too.

For most just playing the game is fun enough, but for the selected few the journey to see is way worthier.

Tin Fist is probably the strongest NPC in the game atm. Cat-Lon is strong but not Tin Fist strong.

Fighting Esata with her 5 Invincibles and the Spider Foreman with it's spiders is also a challenging fight.

There is also the King Gorrilo and the Great White Gorrilo. Both monsters are strong.

The Bug Master is the most over hyped let down out of all of the NPCs in this game.

A certain life changing experience will be waiting for you near sonorous dark.

The Five Invincibles are scarier than Esata tbh, Meitou Fragment Axe needs 140 ish strength or suffers a penalty on speed.

Tinfist being a Martial Artist is extremely strong, Cat-Lon has his horde of Thralls to make up for any weakness he himself has.

You could wipe out every named character in the game which will leave everything in chaos and you probably won't have many friends and the Tech Hunters will likely be the strongest remaining faction as they have no uniques to deal with.

Regarding the bounties being finite, there's 2 types. A life sentence, like with the Dust King, where they're imprisoned forever. Or a temporary sentence, like 200 or 400 in game hours, after which they run back to their point of origin and you can go catch them again. So the bounties are finite, but some are repeatable. Or the big bounties are finite. Bandits are infinite.
