is it true that kenshi 2 may come in 2025?

we got to see some devlogs most recent gameplays i watched was 2023,some guy says on yt comments that it will come 2025 idc if they will annouce or fully publish in 2025 but i dont kenshi 2 to be released right after i buy kenshi 1,are they proof to back this claim?

There has not been any official news about it, not even inofficial rumors with reliable sources. It can be any number of years away still. But it will not be this year, as we would have gotten some news otherwise.

I can't really speculate on the price of it, but the game has been fully funded by the sales of K1 and they do not really have the need to milk the community.

Ai can't make games yet, someone already tried and it failed miserably.

and K2 is still years away
there is no official release date at this time.
we will know its close when the Devs make an official announcement here and on their other official social media sites.

All I want to know from the devs is whether my character will be able to smoke that UC Sponge Hash AKA Howler Haze.
Seriously, I can produce Hashish, Grog, Sake, and Rum, but my squad can't use it? They work hard. They should be able to get zooted off that Holy Flame.

Considering the superhuman level of dedication Chris had in developing Kenshi in the first place, I can tell you with absolute certainty that the possibility of that happening is absolutely zero. There's just no chance he'd ever allow Kenshi 2 to become a lazy AI cash grab.

That aside, I doubt Kenshi 2 will release anytime soon. We probably would've heard something by now or even seen an uptick in updates unlike the radio silence there is now. The scope of the game is likely pretty big, and I'd wager there's a lot of new systems going into it. In short, probably a few more years.
