Can I turn Catlon in to anyone?
I tried talking to tin fist but he doesn't have any reaction to showing up with catlon

No, nobody has a bounty on him. Best you can get is selling is CPU Unit.

Yeah, i just beat him up, take his sword, repair him, and leave. lmao

You can get as many cats as his CPU is worth in 1-2 Beakthing nests. And I like the idea of just leaving him there without his sword to continue being crazy. If I go to him at all.
