chainmail works great nice tiny and heavy also research weapon crafting to max and build a type 5 heavy blunt weapon alone its 64kg add some heavy armour with full back pack and you are looking at a easy 230 kg its kinda like seing that skiny dude at Mec Donalds with the really big lady and he gives you a wink to save him , just sit back and enjoy :P
as T.D.O said
chainmail sheets for the win. fill up a backpack and you will be good to go for a very long time. I got my main character a around 75 in strength. even a full backpack of chainmail sheets overloads her badly. so great for strength training. not to mention they are 2k cats or more ( per sheet ) when you sell them. so also a great source of monies when you done with them.

Buy a huge traders backpack, fill it with chainmail sheets. They hopefully will add the possibility to injure your back and knee's cuz some of these training suggestions are outright evil irl :P

This post is kinda old but..... Raw Iron ore is 9kg. It's denser and much easier to get than chainmail sheets.

Fill a Wooden backpack with iron ore and put the full backpack in your character inventory to negate the weight reduction. :)

Teeth. One tooth is 1kg, fill a wooden backpack (8x8) with stacks of teeth (x9) for 576kg of weight.

It's fine with me to engage in necromancy on my posts if they are helping people or have new information.

Pack animals would eat them up fast unless a character that don't eat them get to take a long walk while encumbrance out of Arach zone. I don't think teeth is edible for Greenlanders, so a backpack full of teeth could be put on Bugmaster while he's being carried out.

I meant animal teeth, those aren't edible.

Emperor Tengu, Catun Scrapmasters and UC Heroes. Absolute huxleinous, dim-witted, idiotic burkes, the lot of 'em. Without a doubt, the densest objects in Kenshi.
