There are 15 people listed having tasks related to Kenshi 2 and many of them are translaters or doing support jobs. Sure, there are some freelancers too. But the team is nothing close to what you have claimed. Not even 30 people are enlisted to have a job at Lo-Fi-Games.
Other studios are working with team of 5 even 10 times of that size. And Kenshi (2) is a huge project.
