But it's also pretty common for the move to break NPCs, causing them to disappear and need fixed with an import (no need to reset dead NPCs) or save editing.
It does not reset anything you do not set it to reset. Except non-unique prisoners will despawn.
However both the phoenix and his inquisitors are gone completly from their jail in the village, sadge, it was funny to watch them in jail, did they got removed or did they move to blister's and i missed them ?
the people talking in taverns keep refering that they got killed but i didnt kill them
If a unique is dead or imprisoned, it will despawn them, and save them as that status, but will not respawn them into the world so they will forever be that status unless you reset dead NPCs.
