bounties you are carrying that are alive should stay spawned, though there might be a risk if you load a save with one you are carrying as it could disappear.
I'm not sure if there are iron/security spiders that would stay in sleeping bag or bed like most wild animals. Some that do not stay in sleeping bag or bed are great white gorrillo, king black gorrillo, some grievewraiths, one of 3 megacrabs and one of 3 king raptors. Have to fight them to recapture. So it's possible some iron/security spiders will stay in sleeping bag or bed until you pick them up, some might not if not all of them. You could put wild animals or machines in a building to lock them up if they won't stay in sleeping bag or bed. Don't build any storage containers in this building so your characters don't need to access for food or to ditch resources.
