Where to buy or find electrical components?
I've built my first base. Trying to power it with light wind turbines, but I need electrical components to make them. I can't make them yet, because I haven't unlocked the electrical bench yet. (can't til I have better research bench, better research bench needs power, fun times). So as the title said, where can I buy, or find, electrical components? I've looked on the wiki and it just says "the relevant traders", which is maddeningly unhelpful lol!

Materials shop, Wandering Traders, Hiver Traders, and Ruins are all places I find them

build wind turbines
or build in a city and steal their power.

That's what I'm trying to do. I'm in Mourn, and no idea how to steal power. Building a small one turbine on my roof, but need electrical components, hence the post
