Katana / Advanced Katana blueprints
I can't seem to find them in any town since Beta. Anyone know where to get them? I found the sabre ones just fine.

Check the town of Mongrel, that's where I found them anyway. Might also be able to pick them up at The Hub.

Both Hub and Mongrel have them when I've checked.

Where in the hub? I spent like an in game week there and only saw the bar with nothing special in it.

edit im retarded, never thought the bartender would have all that gear

The bartender is multiple shops in one, including a weapon store.

Nope. I've picked one up at The Hub IIRC. Though you should be able to get them at any contruction vendor.
