Do animals breed?

Animals have age cycles and sexes. My question is will they breed and reproduce?

No, you bought bulls. It's a sales tactic used by the crafty Kenshi animal breeders, they never sell cows so you can't breed them and always have to buy new stock from them.

It was planned, but dropped entirely or as luxury feature, not sure. At the moment, they can't breed at all.

Ahhhh tempting :P Tnh for mentioning that one, I saw it before tbh, a good one, but trying here to avoid using mods or making my own for now, till we get the game in a finished state. Just to avoid cheesy stuff that breaks the challenge in any way :3

Yeah :) But you know what? On the edge of the world, there is a lone nomad guy who sells goats. He has Kornelius. Me and Kornelius - we can overcome any challenge together :D There is also that fisher guy who sells a "puppy" - quite a mean beastie that one!

Beak Things desperately need a buff. They used to be 30+ party killers, now they're weak as crap.

Btw, if you start the game as a "guy with a dog", you could also turn your pup into some sort of the Rabbit of Caerbannog, eventually :)
