yeah how is this even possible because i didnt know they even had any dialogue.

Did you rescue them from a holy prison cell or a cannibal post (not sure if cannibals only eat humans), were you using any mods that affected this?

I'm guessing the rescue option from the Holy Nation? Take the fogman there, continue to rescue until they successfully join?

Yea basically. Took my fastest guy and agro'd about 25 of them and ran to Stack. Half got distracted by wandering mercs, then all the rest except 2 were distracted by holy nation. Then only one was thrown into a jail cell and since I have a -108 relation with the holy nation, I was too. Waited forever for my guy to heal, escaped from the cell and when the inquisiter is asleep it gives me the option to talk so I booked it to him and paid off the bounty on the fog heavy. For some reason I have never not had someone join me when I do that. Only took forever because I was first thrown into a barracks cell and got caught escaping 3 times before they finally put me in the police station.

I got a fog prince and 2 fog heavies, shame I can't rename them since it crashes every time I talk to the plastic surgeon to do so. I'm guessing it has to do with them not being in the character creation. Is there anyway to rename characters without the surgeon?

Can't get rid of the fog prince head item without killing him, should go away when you add them to your group.

When you launch kenshi through steam it give the option the launch the game editor, which is called FCS. It was pretty easy using Shidan's instructions through that link.
