It happens that I bought some slaves but I realized that they only follow you but nothing else and their statistics are low but perhaps they are of some use, any tips? LOL

The player cannot own slaves. But each slave has a 30% chance to join the player faction. Their purpose is to enhance the dystopian atmosphere and offer the player heroic activity saving them.

I mean, if I get any slaves, they're going to join my team, right? srry for my englis btw

No, any slaves bought or freed will only have a chance to join you, and most will run off on their own instead.

Will the faction they have influence them to join me or not? I mean, for example, could a slave from the outlaw faction join me?

Not really. Their original faction matters very little, but rather it is the character that is being bought or freed that matters. Characters with certain personality types or dialog may have a higher chance to join, others have a lower chance.

The characters also must have relatively low stats, if they get much past 20 on the main combat stats they will become unable to join no matter what.

You are referring to this?

It's an innovative mod, but a bit clunky XD

Yeah, that's the most popular one (and the one I use). There are a few others too, which don't require you to make slave rings in order to enslave people (this one does if I remember correctly).

Could be his stats are too high, or he is a personality type that does not like to join, or is otherwise a character that cannot be recruited.

Then it has the wrong personality. Entonces tiene la personalidad equivocada.
