Game runs like crap for everyone. I have an i5-4670k @ 4.4 Ghz and I get around 30 with spikes up or down depending on what's happening. I also notice then when I have people in different places around the map the FPS drops significantly.

after i turned my draw distance down i noticed better fps. i havent spent much time with the new updated game but when its saving or crossing in to a new place it spikes and i can hardly control the camera
