Can I change Hunger Rate mid-game?

Came back to playing after long time away. I remember not enjoying how hungry my people were so I changed the hunger rate to 2.5 . Thinking that would be good since it's still far from maxed out. I'm finding though that hunger is super slow now, 2.5 is way too far. I'd like to change it to 1.5 maybe, but don't see any option to change that in my game. Is there a setting I'm missing or is that not changeable?

I've had some experience messing with save files in other games so if there's a solution with something like notepad++, lemme know!

You can change it with a simple import. When you select to import the save from the main menu, you can access all the startup options again. :)

If your really don't want to import for some reason, save editing is also an option. The Hunger rate and other startup options are here in the advanced settings section.
