Can't take iron plates from storage plz help

I right click the plates from the storage menu, they appear in my inventory until i close the menu then they end up back in storage. All the jobs are cleared and I don't know wth is going on.

in the AI control panel, turn off Auto Ditch Items.

To elaborate . If the character has no job that requires using the iron plates (or any resource) and their is a storage container for the item(s), they will "ditch" it (put it in storage) as long as the setting Hatsune typed about is on.
